Admission Policy

Acceptance to Seacoast Christian Academy is granted to those students of any race, color, and national or ethnic origin who demonstrate a sincere desire to have a Biblically-based education and who meet the requirements of entrance.

Students must submit a completed application and ALL required documentation in order to be considered for admission to Seacoast Christian Academy. A student is admitted on the basis of his/her academic and behavior record, and available space.

After all of the materials have been submitted, you and your child will be scheduled for an interview with the appropriate school principal. At that time you will be asked to sign a Statement of Cooperation and a Financial Agreement. If necessary, your child will be scheduled for an academic assessment.

Required Admission Documents & Information

Preschool Applicants:

  • A completed New Student Application (available here) and registration fee (non refundable)
  • A completed Preschool Enrollment Record as required by State of Florida Children and Family Services
  • A copy of your child’s birth certificate
  • A Florida Certificate of Immunization – Form #680 (completed by a Florida physician) or a Religious Exemption from Immunization – Form DH681 (from a County Health Department)
  • Florida Physical Exam – Form #3040 (completed by a Florida physician)
  • Four year old applicants participating in the VPK program must provide a Certificate of Eligibility from Early Learning Coalition. VPK only participants do not pay a registration fee to SCA

Elementary and Secondary Applicants:

  • A completed New Student Application (available here) and registration fee (non-refundable)
  • A copy of your child’s birth certificate
  • A copy of your child’s most recent report card
  • A copy of your child’s most recent achievement test scores (FSA, SAT, etc.)
  • A Florida Certificate of Immunization – Form #680 (completed by a Florida physician) or a Religious Exemption from Immunization – Form DH 681 (from a County Health Department)
  • Florida Physical Exam – Form #3040 (completed by a Florida physician)
  • A transcript (for high school applicants only)
  • Sports Physical form if applicable
